UNIT MANAGEMENT SERVICE SUBSCRIPTION
Please prepare a copy of your ID card, house registration and title deed, as well as a deposit which is fully refundable at the end of the contract if there is no outstanding balance.
UNIT MANAGEMENT FEES
Our company will charge 5% of the monthly rental value of the property, plus a leasing commission for a new lease or lease renewal as follows:
- 1 Year – 1 month’s rent + VAT
- 6 Months – ½ a month’s rent + VAT
- Other – a portion of a month’s rent + VAT
TENANT SOURCING
Our sales and rentals negotiators help owners find quality tenants using newspaper and online advertising, as well as direct marketing to our large database of existing customers.
RENTAL CONTRACTS
Property owners and their investment assets are protected by strong, legally-binding rental contracts drafted by our legal department.
TENANT MOVE-IN
Before a new tenant moves in, our officers perform a detailed property inspection and arrange any needed maintenance or cleaning services and prepare a comprehensive inventory. An officer will also accompany the new tenant on the move-in date to ensure a smooth transition and tenant satisfaction.
TENANT CARE
Our technical specialists are available to respond to service needs, solve problems and look after the maintenance of your unit.
TENANT MOVE-OUT
We inspect the condition and cleanliness of the unit and issue a checklist form to be signed by the tenant for any damages or expenses that are tenant responsibilities. Cleanliness and maintenance are given high priority, and every unit is properly cleaned and repaired after move-out.
RENT COLLECTION
We provide monthly invoices, late payment notices and legal support for each unit along with taking action including serving eviction notices and notifying authorities where needed.
FINANCIAL PROCESSING
Rental funds are promptly transferred to owners after deducting any outstanding expenses. Deposits are likewise passed on as soon as any maintenance fees have been subtracted.
